Due to the current NY State COVID-19 guidelines and the increase in veterinary demand, our policies have changed.
Medication and food prescriptions may be picked up in the clinic or through a drop-box in the rear of the building. Curb side delivery at our clinic may also be arranged. Please call ahead to ensure that they are ready for pick-up.
Medication and food prescriptions may also be ordered and drop shipped to your door through our online store.
Lab specimens may be dropped off in the clinic or through the drop-box. Please call when you drop off lab specimens so our staff can ensure they get sent out in a timely manner.
Medications, food, and specimens may be prepaid over the phone or in person.
All requests for medications, food, and laboratory testing can only be approved for patients examined by our doctors within 1 year.
Please refrain from allowing your pet to approach other animals in our waiting room to avoid any emergent situations. Even though your pet may be friendly, not every other animal is. Please keep in mind that other patients may be stressed and fearful when coming into our clinic.
Please be advised that there is a limit to the amount of quality patient care we can provide in one day. This has caused an increase in extended wait and appointment times, long phone hold times or lengthy wait in our lobby. As you can imagine this has caused some frustration with accommodating each client. Also, please refrain from cell phone usage (i.e taking videos and pictures) while in our office to protect our staff members. They are working hard day in and day out to ensure each pet is getting the proper care and attention. They come in each day because they all love animals and want to help in any way they can.
We appreciate all your patience and consideration at this time and hope you all understand.
Thank you and stay healthy.
