With the increasing concerns over COVID-19, we are making some additional changes to our protocols effective Monday, March 23, 2020. These changes have not just our clients best interests in heart but also our staff as well.
Firstly, we have decided that all non essential appointments will be postponed until further notice. With our clients and patients best interest in heart, we will only be providing services for what is medically necessary for your pets current wellbeing. If you have questions if your pet’s needs fall into this category, please call the office to speak to someone and we will be happy to go over your animals medical history and make the best decision at this time.
Secondly we will be enforcing a locked door policy now, to ensure that we keep the amount of people in the clinic at a time to a minimum.
When you arrive for your appointment, please call the office at 716-668-0503 and you will be let in one by one for appointments.
If you feel more comfortable remaining in your vehicle then you may stay and we will take your pet in to the treatment area and the Doctor will call your cell phone to go over your treatment plan and findings.
If you would like to come in the building, you may remain in the reception area while your animal is taken back to our treatment area and then the Doctor will come out and go over a treatment plan and findings with you.
And lastly, all medication pick ups will be done through a drop box now and pre payment over the phone is encouraged. We can also take pre payment over
the phone for pet food and if you call when you arrive at the clinic to pick up, a staff member will bring it out to your vehicle for you.
As mentioned before, we are encouraging people to utilize our online store for your prescription and food needs right now if you can.
We appreciate all your patience and consideration at this time and hope you all understand.
Thank you & stay healthy. ?

Attention: Canine Lyme Disease (CLB) is a relative newcomer of the tick-borne diseases documented to infect dogs. Please remember to vaccinate your pets against lyme disease (Lyme borreliosis) carried from Deer Ticks. In our area, the deer population is growing at a rapid rate.
