Technicians
Cindy, LVT
Cindy has been with our practice since April of 1999 . She is a graduate from Medaille College with her associates degree in Veterinary Technology and is a Licensed Veterinary Technician.
Cindy is married with two children and a cat named Fancy.
Megan, LVT
Megan has been with us since January of 2011. She graduate from Medaille College with her associates degree in Veterinary Technology and is a Licensed Veterinary Technician.
Megan has two dogs named Justice (pictured left), Clover, and 2 cats Nox. & Catrick Swayze. She is also married, has a daughter and a son.
Anna, LVT
Anna has been with our practice since June of 2016.
Anna is a graduate from Medaille College with a degree in Veterinary Technology and is a Licensed Veterinary Technician.
Anna is married, has a daughter and has 2 dogs, 5 cats, some reptiles.
Courtney, LVT
Courtney has been in veterinary medicine since 2016 and practicing with us since 2017 on/off when not working in emergency medicine. She has a passion for emergency and critical care and exotic medicine.
She is a graduate of Medaille College with a degree Veterinary Technology minoring in psychology. She also graduated ECC in 2025 for social servies. Courtney is a Licensed Veterinary Technologist and resident Kirby handler.
Reception (CSR)
Julie
Julie has been with the practice since April of 1991. She is married with 3 daughters.
Julie has 2 dogs & Tinker and Graice Blue, a pet rabbit named Wilbur and many fish tanks!
Lindsay
Lindsay has been with the practice since June of 2003. She is married and has a son & daughter.
She has 4 cats, Butters, Ike, Russell & Eleanore, 2 dogs, Poppy & Jasmine (pictured left), a leopard gecko named "Ernie" and a bearded dragon named "Bert" along with a large tropical fish tank.
Stephanie
Stephanie is a former retail operations manager, legal and public librarian, LVT, and retiree, who came out of retirement to rejoin her Suburban South family at the front desk. She resides with her feline companion Serafina. Her interests include reading, watching classic films, and spreading joy and sunshine throughout the land!
Assistants
Alexis
Alexis has been with our practice since spring of 2025. She enjoys traveling with her boyfriend and going to Bills games.
She has a dog named Shiloh and a cat named Stew.
