Appointment Policy

Our clinic currently operates as appointment only, we are not accepting walk ins at this time

We kindly ask that all appointments be rescheduled within at least 24 hours. We understand that there are exceptions and unforseeable circumstances and can work with you during these difficult times. 

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment you will not be seen and asked to reschedule.

Due to the increasing demand of veterinarians and limited staffing and appointments, ALL NEW clients to the clinic will be require to pre-pay for their examination as a non-refundable deposit for the visit. This payment will be applied to your pets visit total as a credit at the end of the visit. Failure to show up to your appointment will result in loss of deposit. 

The use of Cell Phones for taking videos or pictures is strictly prohibited during your pets examination unless invited to do so by a staff member

For your Safety:

We require all canines be on NON-RETRACTABLE leashes and Felines be in Carriers or leashed prior to entering the waiting room for your appointment.

For your safety and the safety of others around you, we ask that you restrain you pet and refrain from interacting with other patients in the clinic. Some pets may be anxious or aggressive and can cause unforseen circumstances. 

Retractable leashes are banned from our facility and you will be given a slip lead on arrival. 

We ask that you refrain from interfering with the clinics staff during your pets examination. Your pet may experinece abnormal behaviors when under high stress or pain. We understand that this is a stressful time for the both of you, but interfering may prevent the staff from keeping  your pet, you, and the other staff members safe during high stress situations. 

Payment:

Payment is due at the time that services are rendered.

For you convenience, we accept all major credit cards and cash 

We do not accept care credit at this time

We offer 10% off to any service and honor 10% off to any veteran with a the "Thank a Vet" Discount card.
