Plus Plan ($435):

• DOGS: Unlimited physicals as listed above, One Complete Blood Count (CBC), One Chemistry profile, One Fecal Test, One Heartworm & Lyme Disease Test (a $600+ value!)

• CATS: Unlimited physicals as listed above, One Complete Blood Count (CBC), One Chemistry profile, One Fecal Test, One Thyroid Level. (a $600+ value!)

Supreme Plan ($550):
• DOGS: Unlimited physicals as listed above, One Complete Blood Count (CBC), One Chemistry Profile, One Fecal Test, One Urinalysis, One Cardiac EKG, One Heartworm & Lyme Disease Test, Two Cardiac enzyme tests ( C,TnL, NT-ProBNP) and One CRP and One blood pressure measurement.  (This is the best savings valued at over $800!)

• CATS: Unlimited physicals as listed above, One Complete Blood Count (CBC), One Chemistry Profile, One Fecal Test, One Urinalysis, One Cardiac EKG, One Thyroid Level, Two Cardiac enzyme tests (F,TnL,  NT-ProBNP) One SAA and One blood pressure measurement. (This is the best savings valued at over $800!)

Micorchipping: 

For permanent and unique identification, have your pet microchipped with a microchip.  Shelters, pounds and veterinary hospitals across the country scan lost pets and reunite them quickly with their owners when they are chipped.

 Tags can come off but a microchip stays with your pet forever! 

Laboratory and Diagnostic Imaging testing 

• Blood analysis to check for diabetes, kidney disease and more
• Tests for fungal and bacterial infections

We clean and polish your pet's teeth under general anesthesia.
