Due to the increasing demand of veterinarians and limited staffing and appointments, ALL NEW clients to the clinic will be require to pre-pay for their examination as a non-refundable deposit for the visit. This payment will be applied to your pets visit total as a credit at the end of the visit. Failure to show up to your appointment will result in loss of deposit.

Note a non-refundable deposit will be required to establish an appointment. After you email your completed form to us one of our staff members will be in contact with you to collect the non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit will be applied to the cost of your first appointment.

Unfortunately, this is due to a large number of no-show appointments that have taken slots away from animals that are in need of veterinary care. If you need to cancel or move your appointment please if possible inform us within 24 hours of scheduled
